1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:

We primarily use New Zealand Post (NZ Post) for our shipping services, ensuring dependable and timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping methods and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  1. Economy Shipping:​

    • International (excluding Australasia): 3 - 10 business days

    • No tracking or signature

  2. Standard Shipping:

    • International (excluding Australasia): 2 - 6 business days​

    • Includes tracking and signature

  3. Express Shipping:​

    • International (excluding Australasia): 1 - 5 business days

    • Includes tracking and signature

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as destination, customs clearance procedures, and unforeseen circumstances. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 business days of payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. During the checkout process, you will be provided with shipping options and their associated costs for your convenience. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to check our website or social media channels for any ongoing offers.

3. International Shipping:

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries worldwide, with the exception of Australasia. For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on customs policies and charges specific to your country.

4. Delivery:

You agree that once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order. You also agree that some products may be restricted or not allowed in some countries. Responsibility for this rests with the purchaser and if you are not sure if the items you are ordering are permitted in your country then it is solely your responsibility to check before ordering. For deliveries to high risk countries we may request proof of identity documents.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online through the NZ Post website or the designated courier's website for international orders.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. Additionally, we are unable to ship to PO boxes for certain items. Any shipping restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page.
