    No, we don't have a physical store anywhere in New Zealand at this current time, our business only exists as an e-commerce platform.

    No, once you finish the checkout process for an order, you cannot cancel thereinafter.

    Unless exclusively saved by you to your account, we do not retain your credit card details. Payments made by Pohutukawa Chocolate Company are exclusively processed through Stripe and are therefore subject to their terms and conditions.

    We ship to all international countries with the exemption of Australasia.

    No, we currently don't ship anywhere within New Zealand.

    Our dark chocolate with over 50% cocoa content (excluding caramel flavours) does not include milk in its ingredients, making it suitable for lactose intolerant individuals and vegans. However, please be aware that our dark chocolate is manufactured on the same production line as our milk chocolate varieties, which may result in traces of milk chocolate. You can locate the ingredients used for each product on its corresponding product page.
  • Do Whittaker's products contain genetically modified (GM) ingredients?
    No, our products do not contain genetically modified (GM) ingredients. We prioritise the use of ethically sourced ingredients in our chocolates.
  • Do any Whittaker's chocolate products contain palm oil?
    None of our chocolate products contain palm oil. Our commitment to ethical sourcing ensures that we use sustainable ingredients in all our chocolates.
  • Are Whittaker's products gluten-free?
    While some of the flavours are free from added gluten, we do not have dedicated production lines for gluten-free products. As a result, there is a possibility of traces of gluten in our other products despite our stringent allergen control measures. Therefore, we refrain from labelling our other flavours as 'gluten-free'. If you have any inquiries regarding gluten content in our products, please feel free to contact us.

    Whittaker's have been granted Halal accreditation by FIANZ for many of there Classic and Specialty flavours. Please refer to the respective product page for each item's Halal certification status.
